Since September 20, 2024, we offer the possibility of sending your tickets for free via WhatsApp, directly to your phone as soon as they are available.
When purchasing your tickets, during the step where you enter your personal information, you may, if you wish, provide your mobile phone number. This information is optional, and you may choose to provide only your email address. Once your tickets are available, we will send you an email with a link to view and print them. If you have provided a phone number and have WhatsApp installed, your tickets will also be sent directly via the app.

This service is completely free.
We are not responsible for incorrectly formatted, inaccurate, or incomplete phone numbers.
You can now present an electronic ticket at the entrance, without needing to print it. Simply show your digital ticket along with your identification document.
We strongly recommend downloading your ticket and saving it on your phone as soon as possible.
Tickets are automatically sent from our WhatsApp account +1 (555) 707-0266. This account is not monitored, and we do not read incoming messages.
We commit to:
using your phone number only once, solely for sending your tickets;
not using your phone number for any other purpose;
not sharing your phone number with third parties;
permanently deleting your phone number from our servers once the tickets have been sent.
